Refund policy
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods, without giving any justification.
To easily exercise this right, you can use our automated, self-serve tool:
- Click the "Account" or "Sign-in" link in our store menu.
- Log in and view your order history.
- Use the self-serve withdrawal/cancellation function next to your order.
Once submitted, an automatic confirmation of your withdrawal will be emailed to you immediately. Alternatively, you may inform us of your decision by emailing info@successnutrients.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Retail Locations
Purchases made at a retail location are subject to their respective Return / Refund policies and will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded by us directly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
