Refund policy
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days from the day you physically receive the goods, without giving any justification. To easily exercise this right, you can use our automated self-serve tool:
- Click the "Account" or "Sign-in" link in our store menu.
- Log in and view your order history.
- Select the self-serve withdrawal/cancellation function next to your order.
Once submitted, an automatic confirmation will be emailed to you immediately. Alternatively, you may inform us by emailing info@successnutrients.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Retail Locations
Purchases made at a retail location or authorized distributor are subject to their respective Return / Refund policies and will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded by us directly.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please email photos of the merchandise and packaging to info@successnutrients.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items; original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee or issue refunds for items lost in transit prior to reaching our warehouse.
